Does anyone know a good place to find a solid independant contractor agreement for California? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How about spending a few dollars on an attorney and getting one made to your needs instead of something generic.

"a few dollars" won't get very far. Just wondering if anyone had a generic one that could be customized. Of course, I'll run it by my attorney.

Of course...but even those we have was *run by our collective attorneys for a few dollars*...so are you insufficiently funded to embark on this new career or think we just give a few dollars to give away for the asking?

SalePros, if you mean an independent contractor agreement for real estate agents, then there is one in Winforms which is probably used by most if not all CAR broker members

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
