We are looking for developers and builders (new and seasoned) who have property to develop and sell which will create numerous jobs in the local community.
We work with a consortium of private investors who are seeking viable projects across the globe in which to fund. Project funding should take place in 60 to 90 days.
Our funding process is quite straightforward and simple. It is based on the strength of the project and not solely on the principals involved. The project should make financial sense for everyone who is a part of the effort.

• Proceeds Needed and A List of How Proceeds Will Be Used

We may seek to have an equity position if it is a good business model for us. We can offer our marketing, sales and public relations support if needed to help the project succeed.
