I just got my RE license about a month ago and have yet to sign with a broker....My friend is a l.o working out of Lousiana. Her company also does Texas (where I am). She is trying to get me to set up my own l.o stuff, which sounds like a good idea. Extra income while I am buiding my re agent success.
Has anyone ever done this? How legal? I know if I were to create a loan for one of my client buyers I would have to disclose. I wouldn't just do this though. I would do separate loans outside my re agent profession.
Any insight on this? What all is involved in this working part time and from home? Do you think this is possible and if it is, is it worth my time and effort? I really don't know much about lo's and what the job requires....just makes sense to try and make some more $$$$...Thats what we all want right?
