Ok, everyone it is time to write a blog or two a week. Blogging gets you out there learning about your local market and helps to make you the goto person for information on Real Estate for your local market. An example, I put up a 2 paragraph blog about Drew University expanding and how that is good for Madison, the town it is in. I got a phone call on that and a good lead. How much work was the blog, like 10 minutes, to get a lead that, if it closes which I think it likely will since I got him pre-approved and showed some houses to already and he seems like he is onboard and ready to go. anyway the point is, how hard to you work to get a good lead?? you should consider this as well.
