Thanks for the reply. As you may have noted, I am not 'selling' anything. Currently, this is a research project, I am hoping for feedback. The method I described in my post is meant to facilitate brokers, agents in a powerful new way.

yeh, right...

The only thing I would ask for currently, are testimonials and feedback. My purpose is to actively engage brokers, agents in this process in a simple quick way, if it works for them and they are excited about it, a positive post to my blog or an email describing their experience helps me. I'm happy to provide demonstrations.
