I would love to visit Maine, and see some of the light houses, but Im in Dayton Ohio. I do hate to see a post unanswered though.

You're three hours south of me. It's only a fifteen hour drive from Cleveland and it is worth every bit of it. I was up there last week and I am still convinced it is probably the most beautiful state in the country......plus they got a lot of lobster.

I would consider driving to Maine with you to go and find an agent. Since it's a business trip, the wife and Kids would have to stay home.

Thanks for the offer REODayton, I appreciate it. I made contact with a title company up there who referred me on. Not having all property records online up there has made things a little difficult but I've at least gotten a bit further in my search.
