it will be extremely difficult to find one, if you do, the interest rates might be too high. have you considered releasing some equity from your first home and using that as deposit?

Why would you want to help someone get a second home who really can't afford it? No one needs a second home, they are for folks with substancial discretionary income.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
