Read some past posts about IAS. This is standard for them. They pay the same for interiors and exteriors with the possibility of listings. The difference with IAS is you REALLY DO have a chance at getting the listings. It is give and take. I suppose it is a personal decision. If you cannot imagine doing interior bpos for $45 ( or $40 ) then IAS may not be for you. In my experience they don't adjust their prices much, or any.
If I had to physically go to the courthouse to get info on properties, $40 probably wouldn't be enough pay for me. All of our info is online, or in neighborhoods where I know all the models already and their standard sq ft & beds/baths etc. I have been to the courthouse 1 time for info on a property, and that was because I needed proof an appraisal was about 2000 sq ft off.I don't think I would be doing BPO's if it meant I was going to be back and forth to the courthouse.

PS- I didnt like the fee either, but now that I have several listings with them it doesn't bother me a bit.
