Have you guys ever done a BPO where company tell you that the ONLY criteria you can use is sold comps 6 months and less and proximity under 1 mile? That was the only allowed criteria.

They rejected my first BPO.....said bank would not accept.

It did not matter GLA, age, style, price,amenities, condition, etc..... You could use them all.

Comps were just not there. I had them reassign after spending hours searching for comps. Adjustments would have been incredible. Whoever takes it will have to lie.

That's rare for me, unless all your comps were older than 6 months. I would probably throw in a comp that is out of wack with the other criteria, just to show them.
