Almost four weeks for me. Mainstreet Val would send me at least two a week, and I would get at least two a month from CC. Oh well.

Coolguy- Glad to see I'm not the only one freakin out! Are you So Cal or Nor Cal?

I've seen a dramatic drop off in the last 3-4 weeks and it's got me a little crazy. All my contacts are telling me that my ratings are excellent, it's just slow. Maybe it's cause the rates are crummy right now, and no one is making new offers.

Maybe its because we're pulling from a smaller pool of buyers on the REO market these days because of the new regs disallowing investors on REO properties.

Maybe it's global warming, summer break or that darn butterfly that flaps his wings and causes a Tsunami-where ever. I know in my area it's MLS dues time and this should weed out more agents that have been hanging on and not getting enough BPO work to justify the expense.

I've been getting way more this month than last month. Last month was dismal. I was beginning to worry!

I am getting a ton of higher-pay orders from FARVV. I haven't gotten any from CC (barring one this evening I missed after I logged in nanoseconds after my e-mail alart), EML, or M2M in about 2 months. I got a few VSS and one from... someone I forget now last month- but nothing else.

When I first started I'd go days and weeks... I was signed up with just one company. I don't think I've been more than 2 days since 2005 and 12 hours since oh say 6/2006.

Without an active BPO I'm working on or without an invite? Sometimes if I'm busy with other stuff I won't accept/do a BPO all week, but I'd say it's rare during the business week to go more than two or three hours without a request. Lately a bunch seem to be coming in on weekends, too.
