I have a message on my phone this morning at 1 am that all the windows are broken out of one of my listings. About 15 minutes later another message that they caught the scum. It happened to be the next door neighbor. This should be fun, as the owner has no money to replace it or even board it up as its allready had the sheriffs sale and we are just trying to sell it during the redemption period. Not to mention the seller is working in another state now. Should I call the attorneys and see what if anything they can do?

Call the police and see if there is some sort of crime victim's fund in your locality. Sometimes those funds will help pay for repairs, and then the fund is repaid by the person charged with the crime.

That or just board it up yourself.
