The photo link function has been down since last Saturday!

How have you coped with that?

I mean I know FMLS is there but the comps there are not as plentiful as GAMLS so it may lead to a false valuation.

HELP me I think my extension's are running out and I don't want to accept other orders that can't be completed without all the requirements!!!

Well I really don't agree with that statement.If anything I think fmls is better,the tax records alone are superior.The tax records in gamls are horrible and hardly never accurate or are just blank.The search function in fmls I think is faster and easier too.

I don't use gamls very much,can't you just right click save as a picture to your computer and then upload to the bpo site,you could also check fmls and see if the same property is listed there and use that picture.

How ya been Super? Did you get any of that rain yesterday on the northside? I agree with the more ease of functionality for FMLS but to get the broadest picture for helping to valuate a property GAMLS, it seems, always have more properties to chose from...that's what I meant anyway and yeah...... "right click and save as" have been very. very good to me!

All of that aside the company I'm working with insists on Listed/Sold Comp photos, all within a mile, along with a must bracket requirement. BTW after being embarrassed that a subject was listed in one MLS and not in another and my report saying that it wasn't listed I made it a habit to use both systems on all reports.

Been great,yes we finally got some rain here and we needed it because it was dry as a bone.

I guess it depnds on what are you are doing the bpo's in,in atlanta more agents tend to use the gamls.Out in cherokee and cobb etc. more listings are in the fmls.The area I am in is more suburban to rural so the 1 mile rule doesn't fly generally they give us 6 miles radius to find comps.Sometimes I have to go 10 miles and they are ok with that.

I can see in atlanta where 1 mile would be doable.

Maybe it's just me...but has anyone noticed that there are not as many subjects photos, as its used to be. Most of my co's require photo's of ALL comps used.

How ya doin Anna? I really havent noticed a diffrence in the number of subject photos for GAMLS just that earlier this week their photo links for ALL PHOTOS was disabled! Not GOOD!!!
