How ya been Super? Did you get any of that rain yesterday on the northside? I agree with the more ease of functionality for FMLS but to get the broadest picture for helping to valuate a property GAMLS, it seems, always have more properties to chose from...that's what I meant anyway and yeah...... "right click and save as" have been very. very good to me!
All of that aside the company I'm working with insists on Listed/Sold Comp photos, all within a mile, along with a must bracket requirement. BTW after being embarrassed that a subject was listed in one MLS and not in another and my report saying that it wasn't listed I made it a habit to use both systems on all reports.
