NEED A WHOLESALE LENDER FOR THIS SCENARIO

First time Borrowers with 700 Fico SIVA 100% financing O/O 2 Units in California. Is there a lender out there for this? Help!!

Hello... I would try Greenpoint and Liberty American Mortgage, they both have 100% SIVA at 680. Provident has the 100% SIVA at 700 -- they have tough U/W [Underwriting] but low rates as opposed to the first two lenders. Good luck!

Just a heads-up to any reader, please do your research before you decide to pass along any information about your borrower to a private party. Please be careful when someone asks to co-broker a mortgage deal with you or when someone poses as a lender. I have seen too many compliance issues and deals lost because the Loan Originator did not do their research.
