I have been an appraiser for 16 years and decided I wanted to list REO's.(I am a broker after all) I started reading the threads on this website 3 months ago and started contributing maybe 1 month ago. I signed up with all the "good" BPO companies I found and started getting orders within 2 days. I got my first REO listing 2 weeks ago and my second this week. Let it be known that I was doing BPO's for 12 years prior to this but none of them had paid off. This forum may have very well changed my life forever. Thank you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you attribute your recent success to signing up with better, listing, companies? or have you improved in some other area?

What is this supposed to mean? This forum has helped many people learn the biz. We could cease giving away company names easily etc but how would ending the forum help us all?
