That is one of the most competitive terms, in definitely the MOST competitive industry for SEO/SEM, with a website I have not spent much time on and only recently updated. Before recently it was mainly for my own personal use of the "keyword suggestion tool". SEO takes time, try again in six months things will be different.
I am good at what I do. In the next few days when I have more time I will provide a list of realtor's that I have helped for you to call for a referral if thats what you need to see.

Very true, I worked for homes.com and I saw the percentages of spend for SEM campaigns, and I know how much time I spent per site for a $999 setup fee for SEO. I know one of the reasons I am no longer there is because I express my opionion about this unethical practice. They are/were crooks.
I assure you, I now work for an ethical and medium sized digital marketing firm and manage SEM/SEO campaigns all day. My biggest is for one of the largest computer virus software companies in the world.
I will not get you black listed, unlike some others who compete in small market cites around the country, I am competing in the more competeive big tier markets. I will work for you on the weekends and nights for about the same I make at work, which is about $35 per hour. Not a bad deal.

I did the 10 second test on the first 2 sites in your signature and both failed at the most basic of seo tests.
Be careful when you brag on your self and claiming to be able to get people to the #1 spot is the most abused brag around.

Bigtoe, I see you everywhere I would definitely suggest posting links to websites that you helped get ranked otherwise you really have nothing to stand on. That way those that are interested can contact the owner of the sites and get their input on your work.

That way those that are interested can contact the owner of the sites and get their input on your work. Not quite sure what you mean by my work. I sell real estate for a living and use websites to get business for me. I thought this was obvious in my signature. I do not do websites for other people. I do give lots of free advice, sometimes good and sometimes not so good, if anyone asks. Everything that anyone needs to know about SEO is on google for free. When I got fed up paying other people for not getting my sites to be lead generators I googled SEO. Then I googled everything I read and then I googled all of that. Then I implemented it all myself. It works if you take the time. And what I am standing on is both of those sites have canonical domain issues. This is a very basic SEO practice that should be done when a site is being first developed. Of course since I was paying other people to take care of this for me I had to fix it myself after the fact. For more on canonical domains http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/seo-advice-url-canonicalization/

Sorry for not clarifying! Big Toe I was just making a statement that I see you on so many different forums.
My second comment was for Robert Ferguson.

Sorry for not clarifying! Big Toe I was just making a statement that I see you on so many different forums. And I hide behind my real name on some more of them.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
