I finally got the stones to go for the Brokers License and open my own shop in the last quarter of 07/first quarter of 08 here in NJ. Never thought I would see the day. I have a great Team in place coming with me and a wonderful client list of REO providers and BPO companies that keep us busy. A large part of this I owe to this website. The combination of forums here really were the "secet of my success". Thanks to all of you here who answered my PMs and threads. I truly could not have done it without the support from here.

I am going to become my own brokerage also but for different reasons.Basically I don't want the big company and the employees,just me and my other firend that's a broker doing rehabs and land assemblages for developers.
