I do quite a few BPO's for them. In the last month they have only called me twice. Both about the same order, so I assumed it was a client pushing to get it quickly. I am not sure why they don't call me, I guess I will just be thankful that they don't!

Just tell them that every time they call, it delays the completion of the BPO.

This is my pet peeve. There is another company that calls EVERY day - cell phone and office phone to get updates. I hate to be nagged. I don't mind the e-mail reminders but if I have a bunch of orders, I don't have time to keep answering the phone and talking about the BPOs. I need to DO the BPOs. With the "Other Company" try updating the notes on your bpo dashboard. Sometimes it keeps them from calling. They seem to hate calling me as much as I hate getting the call cause I am not too nice! I always quiz them, "What due date did I accept? etc. Well that's when you'll get it." I have never had a call from LA, is this something they just started?

Yes. I think it started a couple of weeks ago for me. They keep saying that the order is for a "VIP client", so maybe they've gotten a new client that they want to impress. Whatever the reason, it can be a real pain if you've got a bunch of orders with them and a different person calls you for each one.

Hello x, (Please Read Carefully)
This is our new BPO Application, we just need you to fill out these forms, and either e-mail or fax them back to us, along with an updated Real Estate License. The application now has “word fields”, which you can type in on your computer. You can either press “Tab” or just move the mouse over to go to the next field. On the Product Fee and County Form, just list what counties you cover and list the fees that you charge for each product code. For example, Product Code 800:$50 and 803:$75. We also, REQUIRE 3 years of experience. We need all of these forms back, or we Can Not set you up in our system. If you want to fax in the forms, you can fax them to xx Attention Vendor Relations.

Nope, didn't get one yet. I did check my rating last week and they told me that I had a perfect rating (not really bragging..ok maybe a little). Maybe that has something to do with it?
We'll see, it's still early in the day here :-)

Disregard my post. This was for a subsidiary of LANDAM.
