I have several agents and myself going to hit this event this weekend in Lauderdale. Anyone going or has attended one in the past? With so many foreclosures out there and a stagnant market, I would think the seminar topics (most focusing on the same) might draw out would be investors for some good netowrking opportunities---or not.

I went last year here in Dallas. Tony Robbins was a speaker there as well. I enjoyed Trump and Robbins but the rest of the looooooooong 2 days was filled with mini seminars that give you just enough info to hook you so you'll buy their programs ... I heard alot of "Wait.. if you act now we'll throw in __________ for free". It got to be one long infomercial. I didnt go again when they came into town this year.

One thing I noticed this year though.... A week before the event was to take place, they were giving away the tickets to attend. So if you are planning to go, wait till the last minute and youll get great deals on them.
