I just received a call from my Nascopgh AM, and she asked me if I had received any e-mail requests for BPO's. I hadn't. Apparently they are having some issued with requests not being e-mailed. If you are a vendor with them, it might be worth logging in & checking for orders. Also, she told me that they are now affiliated with LandAm. I discussed some of the issues that I have with LandAm, such as the QC issues. LandAm is the worst on QC issues. They don't read the BPO comments, so I always have to copy & paste my comments to the email, and re-send it. If they would just read my comments the first time there would be no QC issues. Also, I asked her about the phone calls. She said that the AM's hate bugging us, as they do understand that it takes away from our time, but they are getting the pressure from upper mgmt. She did say that making the calls is also one of their internal complaints. I had stopped taking orders from LandAm, but she said to give it another try, as they are trying to improve. We shall see...
