I'm new to these boards and this is my very first post! I just got my real estate license last week and now I am getting myself set up to go to work!
I have a question about electronic signatures. I bought a tablet pc and am interested in being able to use it for signing forms, contracts, etc. A few people on these boards have mentioned that they are able to do this with Acrobat Writer, but is it legal to do this? How do I ensure my clients that their signatures cannot be tampered with (i.e. copied and pasted into other documents)?
VREO has Agent Dashboard and it looks interesting, but it is pricey and I am really not thrilled about the idea of paying yet, another, monthly fee. Also, I'm not sure how well received it has been, since I can't find any reviews for it (other than what is on the VREO website).
Anyway, if anyone out there can explain the in's and out's of obtaining signatures via a tablet pc, I would VERY much appreciate it!
