Yeah (yes) I knowski that, there are probably 300 of them in the area...but I've found that after being a building inspector myself for 8 years I know 90% more about bugs n rot than they do.
I always find out who the current owner of the home is using for their pest services. Then I am sure to pick someone else. I have found that they love to find problems with the other company and so they work harder to find something to talk about. Never use the same company. They will just give the home a once-over and not give you the quality inspection you need.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
