Hello, Can anyone help me with info on taxes? Im finding land {in a single family,residential developement)listed as being owned by the HOA inc.However when I look the lots up in the town tax records it says $0 tax collected.Does anyone know how the tax is (collected?)for these properties and who or where the records would be?
