Hoping someone can please explain something to me.

If an offer is registered, and has not yet been presented, can another offer come in?

Also, if an offer has been presented and is on sign-back, irrevocable by the Seller, at which point could another offer come in?

Any info would be much appreciated!

any offer, once registered means only that it is signed and ready for presentation to the Seller. Offer presentation times are made. Any subsequent (multiple) offer may be made until the initial offer has been accepted or signed back.
If the offer has been signed back by the Seller to the initial Buyer then the next purchaser may join in again if the initial purchaser counter offers.
