You need to know how to screen buyers who do not qualify financially to purchase such a home and you need to find the buyers who look for exactly what you offer.
We have been selling fractional ownership luxury vacation homes for many years. There are a lot of people who come to us, but they simply don't meet our criteria. What we do is that we refer these interested buyers to other options. You may want to build a network with other agents who sell different tiers of homes. They may have buyers who can afford your homes and they may send them your way.
