I saw that I have more than 200 views and no comments, why is this so?

It looks fine.

Only negative is the site is a little narrow.

You have a lot of space on the left and right side of the screen - so the text in the middle looks cramped.

I would list a couple names of persons that they can contact.

If people are interested in calling you, they have 2 choices when calling:

Scenario 1: asking to speak to "Bob", if you have a name listed.

Scenario 2: calling an operator and going into what they feel is a long story about how they saw a property on your website and they would like to speak to someone about it because they want additional information.


I've found people are generally more comfortable making a call if they have the name of a person.

In addition to the name of a person you might think of a photograph as it creates more trust in a website. I think the site is one of the better ones I have seen with great navigation. The width is not critical as making it wider would still require you to scroll down. You could add more links and resources about Bulgaria and if you have any testimonials that would help too.

I just checked that I still have some visitors with 800/600 resolution, so if I change the nagigation they will have to scroll left&down, whish is too much ...
I'll think about the pic, too, thanks. The point is - does it seem to difficult for somebody looking at any of the offers to contact us?
