I am very close to buying a house in southern california. Near cypress. This particular house is single family home built in 1950's. This is corner lot in this street.
There is a office building just behind this house. The office building is 2 story . I need some suggestion ...
a) How much price difference can this building cause in price of 600000 home ?
b) I felt like this office bldg causes encroachment in privacy of home. Do you feel the same way . If yes ..will I have problems when selling this home after some time.
Any ideas in this regard is highly appreciated.
