Anyone familiar with this service? Membership is pretty high ($1195) PLUS a 25% referral...any good, bad or indifferent viewpoints?

They also marketed me and I think they are VERY pricy compared to other Internet Lead Generation sites. I find it hard to believe that these fees will warrant a viable payoff. The last time I paid $1000 per month, I got alot less than the lead generation that I was paying $200 per month for. BEWARE!

I just wanted to clarify - we offer several different programs depending on whether you want to pay referral fee's or not.

The program KansasCityKWAgent mentions is our Premium Membership which is at a posted rate of $1195 (discounts available) but you DO NOT PAY ANY REFERRAL FEES. This is also NOT a monthly charge as PacificBreeze mentioned - but an annual membership, which also includes a triple your investment guarantee.

We also offer another program where you would pay a 25% referral fee on any closed transaction.

I am not here to sell anyone - I just wanted to clear this up. We are different from other companies because we do not sell leads. I was not aware that your rate was annual, verses monthly. As an annual member rate, I have to admit that it is NOT very pricey. Please accept my apologies for my previous post.
