Has anyone worked with "Real Solutions"? They are based in Riverside County in SoCal. I received a referral agreement from them for an upcoming REO.

Yep..thats the same email. I guess it is spam.

The link above that seasaw posted to the other thread shares my experience with them.

Call the number I posted for them and tell em you read about their rotten rating in the REO/BPO company agent rating system! Remind them that they can join (for a fee) to read the agent comments, but we cant guarantee that they will be able to scam any other agents.

You absolutely MUST click on the link above and read that entire thread. A solicitation from Real Solutions should be considered a solicitation for free work--not for the listing and not for pay.

I am sure they are getting our info from this forum. I get an email from them once a week.
