Will it be possible for a Self employed borrower to obtain 100% financing with limited income docs? There is a coborrower that has full doc. Credit scores midrange 635.

Most of my lenders had increased their minimum FICO score to 640 for that type of loan.

There are ways to help you get the extra 5 fico points to make this happen. Other ways are to just use the coborrow full doc to make this happen.
