After the latest PR update I've decided to focus on blogs as an important part of my website design and linking strategy.
I have two PR3 Blogs - both with PR3-2 internal pages - I would like to do a three-way blogroll exchange with other quality blogs. There are a few rules I need to establish:
1. PR doesn't matter to me - what matters is that you've spent time on this blog and are going to continue to promote it and post to it.
2. Blogs must be related to real estate in some way - either about real estate or real estate subjects or about finance/loans/banking. No exceptions.
3. Blogs must be hosted as a stand-alone or stored as a subdomain or subfolder of your real estate or real-estate-related website and interlinked with your website. No Blogspot, Blogger, ActiveRain or other blogs hosted with other servies. This pares it down to Wordpress, MT and similar blog platforms.
4. Blogs must be registered with Technorati (both of mine are) and should be google and yahoo verified.
The link to your blog would go on my Fox Valley Real Estate News Blog:
http://www.illinoislandandhomes.com/blog/and the link from your blog would go on my Real Estate Technology Blog:
http://www.realestatetechblog.comI would encourage those interested to check out both of my blogs to make sure they meet your standards of linking. Just send me a PM, e-mail or post here so I can do the same. I'm interested in taking this slowly and adding a few quality blogroll links - not a huge flood - so I'm focusing on quality and not quantity.
Thanks!
