Petros Member Registered: 03/31/07 Posts: 18 Loc: Cyprus	Growth in real consumer spending on services accelerated in the first quarter of 2007 to 3.7%, up from 3.4% registered in the 4th quarter of 2006 and 2.4% registered in the 3rd quarter of 2006. These are good news for commercial real estate because growth in the service sector in general is the major source of new demand for office space.
