I've got seven orders in my queue that I can't accept because of a 5 open order limitation. I could scream. I could have 12 orders within 5 miles of my home if they would up the limit. What are the maximum # of open orders you've had with Landam?

If you have a good enough rating, you can request that they increase your limit. We are at 10 but there have been times when I have called them and they allowed us a couple extras.

This gmail notifier starts driving me crazy. Every 2 min. it tells me about new e-mail from Landamerica with BPO available. I have about 25 e-mails from them, but was able to accept just 5. I think this is their basic limit. I called to request increase, but they all gone for today-:(( ...and tomorrow there gonna be no orders...

i had about 36 order get dropped from LA at 630. My limit was 5. I called them immediately and basically said there was a lot in there, and no one was taking them, then asked they bump me up.
I was bumped to 25. I have 28 for tomorrow. And 6 to upload tonight...and its 1130.
RRReview also told me they expect alot in tomorrow.

I have plans for the weekend so no bpos. LandAm pumped 30 requests to me in four hours today. Had not heard from them hardly in two weeks. Had to pass on all of them. Bummer.

I requested they increase my limit. Nothing yet. They said they would since my rating is over 90. I have orders just sitting in my queue from last evening. This is very unusual. They are usually scooped up very quickly.

I am having a problem accepting orders from Landam. I wasn't too worried about it because other companies send me enough work, but I decided to count the e-mails I recived last week and it was about 35.
I'm not sure why I can't mange to accpet orders. Maybe it's because LA is not compatible with BB and I need to be on my PC to accept or maybe it's because by the time they send an e-mail, someone has already taken them by logging onto the website.
Could someone please advice me on whether I should be checking the website more often or if BB is fine, I just need quicker fingers, or what.
I thought I had accepting autobroadcast orders all figured out, when I learned how to accept CC's quick enough, but now this.
Thanks!

LA pays the same as EML, BUT without the $10 bump for getting it in within 24 hrs (aww, I like that little surprise in my EML checks)
So, ElkGrove.... are you the one that accepts the Stockton LA orders??? Cause it aint me...

Thanks! I accept orders on my bb all the time from them. They broadcast orders out to agents who have the highest rating with them. The higher the rating, the sooner you will get the email.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
