ceceil daniels has a great one with independedt contractor forms that go along with it. it does cost a little, but you get what you pay for too! it REALLY protects the broker.

Could you please email me a copy as well? I just became a Broker with a company of 10 agents and have every intent to do a really good job. The Policy Manual would give me a great head start.
Guys, I could really use any help or advise you may have for me. By the way, my email is eldy@pageantrynw.com

Sincerely,

Eldy

My husband and I have recently opened our company and I am trying to get our office policy and procedures manual together. Looks like there isn't a model manual for use in Indiana, so I am considering purchasing online product. Does anyone have any experience with Broker Management Series Products or Landlord source. Thanks for your help.

Hi Shuanita

If possible, it would be great if you also please email me a copy of the manual you have. I have also been working on one, and any additional resource I can get will only prove to be beneficial.

I am hoping to get two resources:
- Independent contractors agreement (If anyone has a Keller Williams one that would be great.
-Policy Manual

brokersmart@gmail.com

Thanks!

Does anyone else have a manual they could email... I have not received one yet - just to compare notes and see if there is anything else I need to add to mine.

Thanks \:\)

I can provide you with a list of topics covered in our manual, if that would help. There isn't a lot to our IC agreements, most everything is covered in the manual. BTW, we actually have 2 policy manuals - one for our agents and one for our employees. Would you like a topic list for each?

Let me know if I can help,

Shaunita,
Please send me a copy, my email address is stan@ufamservices.us. Also, can I ask your opinion on office computers? I want to make my agents responsible for computer issues, crashes etc, that occurs through negligence i.e, surfing to non-real estate related websites. What are your thoughts?

I primarily operate virtually. Why don't you encourage agents to primarily use their own laptops and use the office computer as a last resort?

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but I found some great examples to draw from when it comes to policy manuals, fax sheets, professional letters, business plans and various organizational ideas needed by going into MS Word and using their internet search link. There's tons of ideas in there that are a great help. Also, I was required to take an office management-type course when I studied for the broker exam. The course provided a generic Office Policy/Proceedure manual that was pretty easy to modify and mold to your own. If this is something you did as well, you may already have what you're looking for. Anyway, hope that helps!
