I am in a market that went from red hot gas balloon to sagging lost steam. If you are a listing agent you have to maintain 10 listings per month to get one pending if you don't work with any buyers. Lets say you wanted to get 3,000,000 more dollars worth of closings by the end of the year. What would you do to make this happen? Supposing you had no past clients and had to rely on completely new business, what would you do? Buyers? Sellers? FSBO? Expireds? Etc... Keep in mind you have to maintain 10 listings per month in my market to usually average one pending. Thanks.
