I got accepted in September 2007. I think it helped that I took the Default School training.

SoCal, Welcome aboard! You will learn a great deal by lurking and reading the current messages. My advice to you is to spend time reading old threads, you'll be suprised how much information is there-buried treasure! Again-welcome!!

Welcome Sue - Monty is right on, learn how to use the search feature and you'll be miles ahead in a couple of weeks. Read the forum rules and sticky threads at the top in the BPO, REO section, and enjoy yourself.

i have been trying for 2 years to crack them, i finally got someone to give me the nunber of the vendor management lady, she looked up my zip code and said, "well, i cant believe i am saying this, but we can actually use another agent in your area, i will send you our application" Still waiting on it to be approved, but its a move in the right direction!

congrats. How many PMs have you gotten asking for that vendor management number? If I remember right it took awhile for me to get approved. But that was awhile ago when they were still taking on agents.
