I have been trying to get in with PAS for a long time. They are like Fort Knox. ;) Best of luck to you recovering that is an awesome opportunity. I hope you get a ton of new listings.

I got accepted in September 2007. I think it helped that I took the Default School training.

Thank you everyone! I will do my best since they were cutting agents off recently.

Wow, this group is a real education. I think googling the right phrases really pays off, lol. I have so many questions about being a newbie in doing BPO's, but I think rather than drive you all nuts with reruns, I'll just lurk 99% of the time. This is a great site, thanks for all of you helping the newer ones here.

SoCal,
Welcome aboard! You will learn a great deal by lurking and reading the current messages. My advice to you is to spend time reading old threads, you'll be suprised how much information is there-buried treasure!
Again-welcome!!

Welcome Sue - Monty is right on, learn how to use the search feature and you'll be miles ahead in a couple of weeks. Read the forum rules and sticky threads at the top in the BPO, REO section, and enjoy yourself.

Congrats Recoveringagent- that's awesome, good for you!

I've been "on the waiting list" forever too.. Has anyone ever had any luck with leads from the folks at WF that call you regarding bpos you've done for GD?

I am approved with PAS but it had nothing to do with GD.

i have been trying for 2 years to crack them, i finally got someone to give me the nunber of the vendor management lady, she looked up my zip code and said, "well, i cant believe i am saying this, but we can actually use another agent in your area, i will send you our application" Still waiting on it to be approved, but its a move in the right direction!

congrats. How many PMs have you gotten asking for that vendor management number? If I remember right it took awhile for me to get approved. But that was awhile ago when they were still taking on agents.
