This one is my first big assemblage about 15 properties.Was wondering if anyone else has put these together before or is working on some.The killer on land assemblages is EVERYONE has to be on board for the deal to work.

What I have learned is some are real motivated,some are interested,and a few have no motivation to do anything.Business has been there 40 years and is paid off and unless they can get a nice new building that is paid for they are not thinking of selling.

It's also fun tracking the owners down,some are out of state,some own other businesses and are leasing the locations to someone else,and others are part of llc's or assocations where many people are on title and you have to look at the bylaws or articles of incorporation to see who is authorized to sell the company or else it's not a legal contract.

Just wondering if anyone else is having as much fun as I am and how do you deal with those few pesky non-motivated sellers on the assemblages.
