I got an estimate and well someone is selling undeveloped lots in the same area. They have their lots bigger than the ones i am trying to sell. Their lots are 25x100 indivadually and mine are 30x75 they are asking for 29,000 for both the properties. I am thinking to sell my two lots for 14,000.To be honest I think that is a reasonable price because of the area that it is located. The problem is that this would be considered my first sales. I really need some opinions im so confident that I am going to sell,but I do not want to be coky when it comes to selling.
