Thanks very much for your feedback! I feel super happy to have learned about BPO's in general and am really fortunate to be able to provide a service that is helping other agents break into the 'hard to crack,' BPO arena. I am really enjoying interacting, assisting and getting to know agents all over the United States! Thanks to everyone on this forum for your support! Best to you, Nicole

After personally performing 800+ orders for 2006, what would that make me? I'm just saying!

Pogibaby, I must say that I am actually finding myself looking forward to seeing if either you have responded to this post or if someone else voices their thoughts. I think I struck the wrong chord with you somewhere along the way and it is too bad. I perceive that you feel very offended or threatened in some way by me. You shouldn't! Just for the record, I actually do BPO work Full-time and R.E. Sales part-time. I've completed over 600 orders to date, with an average order being about $40. After doing the math, anyone can see that BPO work alone has the potential to bring in very good money! Thus, I am able to make this my main focus. I have mentioned to other agents and brokers that I interact with that so far I have decided to strictly do BPO's. REO's as you may already know take a lot more time, commitment, patience and upfront costs to perform. If you think BPO work is competitive, take a look at those who currently do REO listings. This is where there is bigger earning potential but you may not see a commission check for a few months, while in doing BPO’s you see smaller amount of money, but boy it sure can add up to be a BIG chunk of change. I am able to enjoy the equivalent to 1-2 closings per month just from BPO’s. Although, the REO commission checks are a bigger chunk of change, I myself prefer to not have to deal with all that is involved with REO work at this time in my career. BPO work is very fulfilling and provides just the amount of control over my own career path that I desire. This is just my preference though. It is what has been working best for me! To wrap this up, I want to thank all of you very much for letting me explain more about where I am coming from and I hope that you are able to find what you seek out of doing BPO work and if you have the opportunity, ability and interest to do REO work, then I can only wish you the best of success!

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
