Does anyone have any advise on how to be the first to except BPOs ? I have missed over a dozen in the past week from more than one service. Does anyone use something like a cell phone notification or ????.I have actual missed them by 2 min to 2 hours. I can't believe people sit on there email 24 - 7.

In my are some agents are super desperate,I had one really nice agent tell me the only reason they did them was to get reo listings but they hadn't had any luck.I asked who the company was and felt bad when I told her that is a bpo mill only and they do not give out reo listings.
I think sometimes their email goes out late. On one of the "find work" sites, I accepted a BPO, only to get an email a little bit later saying that BPO was available. So sometimes when you get the email, it doesn't matter how quick you are, its already been accepted via the website.

I have aBlackberry but my Outlook email was still taking some time to "push" to my phone and I kept missing orders. I now have a gmail account that is much quicker. I use it just for my BPO orders. I actually was able to get one yesterday for the first time in a while!!

Does using a cell phone email address directly help. For example should I get a tmo.blackberry.net email address (t-mobile's email for their blackberrys). Will this improve the time the email notificaion is received?

Mario, if you use the search feature (or just read the forum regularly) you can find plenty of info. Also... you would have known that I had an REO listing referral for your area a few days ago! I've already found someone, so it's been assigned!

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
