Anyone using Marketing Web Applications? You know, the ones that you can make template flyers and postcards? Designing and making flyers takes forever. I'm looking for something that has good designs, not like those outdated ones.

Any suggestions?

I think it is very different across the ocean how you guys do the postcards and flyers but here in the UK, we tend to market the agency more than the particular property.

So I've been researching a variety of design services for some time now. I've narrowed the search to this pretty neat company called Pipeline Producer... I'm still checking it out and give you all an update. But so far so good... pretty simple and straight forward. Kind of a refreshing change to what's out there right now. It's just another company. What's "refreshing" about it? LOL

I make my own designs, using Open Office Draw, which is similar to Publisher. If I want a high tech high gloss look, I can send a PDF to a print company, but usually I just print them myself.

Well they don't have an enormous product line that's confusing, plus they've got some nice looking designs... better than the others like imprev and freeflyers. What frustrates me is that there are many RE services that try to offer too much... in the end, instead of being more efficient,you've just spent more time figuring it out than actually using it. So it's refreshing to see that there is a service that just does one thing... flyers... which is universally needed.

I used to make my own; but why spend 30-40 minutes when I can spend 10 and create everything. I've reached a point now that I'd rather be getting out prospecting than sitting at the office creating flyers.

Open Office Draw is good, Publisher is limited. I used PS... yet these programs have a learning curve. There are a few agents out there that, unlike you and I, don't have the time nor patients to learn... that's where online services come into play. Unfortunately, many of these services have lost their true value, improving efficiency.

In the end, it's all about whatever floats your boat.

Microsoft office online has some quality full color flyers to download for free!

I have used vFlyer at http://www.vflyer.com and think it is a great product. There is a free version. It is easy to use and only getting better.

I use photoshop but for less experienced I heard VFlyer is good

Myself and a few associates are working on a CD that will contain some templates.

We will have Word, Publisher, PDF, and possible some InDesign...

Have to wait though. It will be some time before they are available.
