Look up local commercial real estate companies on the internet or yellow pages. Then try to set up an appointment to interview.

I thought they required a certain amount of experience?

Nope, I started in Commercial as soon as I got my license. It is a whole different ball game from residential and it is all about the numbers. Plus being extremely aggressive. Good luck!

As with Residential Real Estate, go with the broker who is going to train you the best. Ask around, interview them, don't let them interview you. Commercial Real Estate is much more complex than residential real estate. Selling an Airport or a business is much more detailed than selling a town home. Good luck! Stay focused and you will do fine!
