Does anyone have current feedback on this company? I was just sent an invitation to join and I would really appreciate some info. Thanks!

I'm working on one as I write! Above average pay, and pay in about 2 weeks. Mine have always been a 48hr turn around. Seem good to work with. I get 1-2 per week, and they have all been for some stage of the foreclosure process. Weird form though, make sure you read and follow the guide and instructions that they send you.

I just got one from them...They were super, super nice. They also said to me they pay in 2 weeks...they asked me what I expected to be paid. I did just a quick inspect. 1 front picture and answered about 6 questions (checking yes or no)about the neighborhood on an easy form. No comps. $50.

Bumping. Any updates on them. I got my first BPO request from them today.

I have done quite a few BPO's for this company and they pay pretty good. I agree they do have a weird form and they require price adjustments to their specifications. That is the only trouble I have had with them. They are super nice and pay quick too.

The price for the one order I got was good. I hope to get more!!

I have done approx. 50 BPOs for them and they pay well and always on time. Like them alot.

Do they assign REO listings?

I did a BPO this week for them on a HFC foreclosure. I'm hoping it will end up in my lap.

IREP does not assign listings.

bumping. What's their payment schedule? I did a BPO for them about a month ago. No payment yet.

I do an occaisonal "Quick Inspect" for them. A picture and several questions about the property and the neighborhood. No comp research or valuation estimates. I was told I need to sign up with a different group in the company to do BPOs for them (that is an item on my "to do list", but not a high priority). Pay has been running about 3 weeks from submitting the report.

Thanks. I submitted my report on February 12, 2007. It was my first. I haven't received anymore to date.

They pay under a different company name...we had our money in about 45 days. Enjoyable to people to work with.
