And Georgia is a great market to be in! I'm mainly on the east side of Atlanta, but I have listings as far south as Butler, and as far north as Ellijay. Our market is relatively stable, and what seems like a bad market here is a great market everywhere else. Georgia doesn't have crazy land restriction like Vegas, New York, etc., so we see 4.5-6.5% annual property inflation and even though we're in a buyer's market, people are still buying homes!
