I heard Schlicker Kratz ( i think thats how it is spelled) is one of the best around.
I went to Schlicher Kratz.
http://www.learnrealestate.com/The teacher I had was awesome. At first, I thought he was going to be a bore. (looks can be deceiving.) He was hilarious - and he taught you everything you needed to know to pass the exam. Great teacher, and I passed my exam the first time with flying colors.
Of course I studied my butt off outside of class and took several practice exams, particularly the Dearborn (sp?) Press PA State Licensing Exam Practice Tests (or something like that...) and I also got a book of practice tests specifically for the PSI national exam.
If you study outside of class, and if you pay careful attention to the wording on the exam questions, you should pass with no problem. A lot of people get questions wrong because they mis-read the question.
