Yes you can but if you want your branding to remain consistent, I recommend using a program called High Impact Emails. It cost around $70.00 for the basic and can be puchased online. Once it is setup, it becomes a part of your selected stationery. http://www.writeexpress.com/hi/emailmarketing.html

even a good beginner can do this. If your bulk mailing, you'll likely have to turn off Norton email security. Check with your ISP to see if they limit the number of emails per hour/day. If your list is growing, it may make more sense to use a server hosted mailer. Even then, make sure the hosts mail servers aren't on the spam lists, or your mail won't get through to many.

I use addbranding's solution which also works with your cell phone and sending MLS listings from your MLS. Its under $50 a year with unlimited emails. It can include your photo, signature, logo. Go to http://www.Explosive-Email.com for a discount code that will get you half off for the 1st year.

Hey there BettyBlue, My first post on here but email newsletters are my "thing" so I had to write. A couple of important things - for deliverability you will be better going with an email publishing service like Constant Contact or Intellicontact - they both have pre-made templates and (relatively) easy to use interfaces. Sending out from your own system can create problems. They also give you html code to put a subscribe box on your website - these services are very reasonable, around $15 a month for up to several hundred subscribers. I believe both have real estate templates. I spent nearly a year 'meaning to' do my own email newsletter as an agent - the challenge was getting around to setting it up, even though I'm tech savvy - and for me especially, being able to create content consistently. Bottom line - before this gets too long - I created my own email newsletter product and now sell it as a completely done service to agents - if you want to check that out our home page is http://www.theagentguide.com.Regardless of how you go, I think the tide is turning to short, directed emails focused on content that directly benefits homeowners, not the latest 'here's my listing' or worse, cake recipes. People have no time, and they will stop reading unless they get immediate value. Good luck!

I use onletterhead.com. The same concept but much more professional looking than what I have seen recommended here and works with Outlook. I use 4 custom designed templates, Open House, Memo, Thank You and a Postcard type. The emails arrive in a small file 4k to avoid spam folders. The templates look like a web page with navigational buttons. After you do a mail campaign you can see what each individual did with the e-mail like, opened, deleted, click on what link etc. Design Samples

While I try to stay away from self-promotion at the risk of offending members, I might have a solution or you. You might want to check out an email stationery service I introduced last year called http://www.inboxfx.com. I will leave it at that.

Many email programs will not display the stationary, but show it as a picture attachment.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
