ya our company is going to making these dvds that we can use as listing presentations free of charge. At this point although I haven't got any listings everyone tells me that my book is the most professional they've seen. Company name on cover and then tabbed and has stuff from company profile, to how to get ready to sell, how to market, CMA, statistics la di da. Looking foward to the dvd though, that way I can offer both or make a smaller book and leave the dvd. Cover all the angles.

I have heard from many top producers not to use a laptop. This is because it doesn't usually show as personal as a binder or something else. It really all depends on what you are comfortable with though.

I just purchased a huge 3 ring leather binder from my company for listing presentations. There are inserts that I can add inside of it. I haven't gotten mine fully organized yet, due to not having much time for presentations at the moment.
