I would call a bunch and do a "pre interview" over the phone. You can get some basic info about splits, fees, etc. If it sounds good, then go set up an appt.

No magic to it. Just pick offices close to the neighborhoods that you want to target and go from there. I just used the phone book and started dialing - an overwhelming majority of brokers are very intersted in talking with you and you should start dialing away!
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
