$500 per year to post REO's.

Does anyone using this website find that it's worth it? Do you get buyer leads? If so, what is the volume of leads?

I'm trying to figure out whether or not I want to spend the money. Of course, one completed buyer lead would make it worth it wouldn't it. Just looking for other's experience. Thanks.

One of the Asset Management companies posts the listing on there for me. We are in a redemption state and so I don't do anything with it until it really is a listing but their system sends me emails all the time asking for photos. I really think it is a waste. I wouldn't pay them any money to post a listing. Real buyers are working with an agent. I have lots of out of town customers who search that site thinking they are going to find a smoking deal. I have to tell them that if there is ever such a deal, I am going to sell it to one of my investors or heck--buy it myself!

Bumping. Is anyone a bronze member? I'm wondering if joining is a backdoor (vendor registration) with Fidelity since they own the site.
