I'm located in MA and have a client in need of Financing a manufactured home located in an adult park. The park charges a monthly fee for the site.

Does anyone know who would mortgage a 1982 Double Wide MH in MA?

The MH is selling for 90K with 20-30% down payment. Mid score of 630. Self Employed Stated or Bank Statements.

I tried to do a search on this subject and can not find any suitable answers. Most mortgage brokers that I know look like this when I bring up MH Financing.

If you have a solution or web sites I could visit I would be grateful for the resources.
