Has anyone used AgentOffice software from RealtyStar? It's pretty expensive & was wondering if it was worth it.

I used the agent office software. I liked it ... it organized listings and clients -- also it would allow for rip campaingns -- except you had to open it the software and send it daily. The thing that I didn't like was that it didn't communicate with outlook well -- i.e. I had to click send all in agent office and then outlook would say that something is communicating with it can it use it and I'd have to click yes and wait 5 seconds for the next one. A bit annoying if you were sending multiple e-mails!

We have a system that works as well as Agent Office or TP, but regarding transfering the systems around, and moving things from outlook to your CRM and vice versa, you should be able to do so by exporting it into a CSV file - just use the help function and it should work.

Any good CRM should allow youe email functionality, though, so there should be no reason to use Outlook. Despite the fact that Agent Office is our competition, I do have to say I ahve heard good things about their system.

Without being too forward, we may be able to provide you with a business solution that you might find mroe cost effective than theirs. However, as I mentioned, I have heard good things about theirs.

Hmm. I looked on your site and could not find any prices. That there makes me want say "No thanks." I don't like being suckered into a "free for a limited time" before finding out what the bottom line is.

Unless I am just a dolt and can't find the page with a price...

A direct competitor to AgentOffice you might want to ake a look at is RealtyJuggler Desktop. It's $99 / year and there's a 90-day free trial from the company web site.

Well.. if you think AgentOffice has all the feature you need then you can probably consider buying it.
